In these circumstances, Simon meets with the seller to provide his evaluation on reasons behind the property not selling, including some of his broader thoughts on missing added value potential.
After the listing is signed, Simon provides a complete analysis that the seller can use as a map for adding value that was missed previously. In 2019 and 2020, Simon was hired on several Relists, and every one of the sold.
