Many of his current clients are referrals or friends and family of those he has known for decades. He takes pride in the loyalty of his client base, and grows with them. To this end, his properties span the marketplace from first time buyers home, condo, or townhouse, to purchasing a dream home, lot to build, investment property, our selling for a variety of reasons. No deal is too big or too small, and Simon brings the same expertise and attention to detail to every one of his properties.
